Account Deletion Request For netstatusbd

If you want to delete your account and all associated data from the NetStatus BD app, please follow these instructions:

Method 1: Delete from within the App

This is the fastest way to delete your data.

  1. Open the NetStatus BD app on your phone.
  2. Navigate to the Profile screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap the “Delete Account Permanently” button.
  4. Confirm the deletion. Your account, name, email, and logs will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you have already uninstalled the app and want to delete your data, please email us:

  • Email: ziaurjewel@gmail.com
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Message: Please mention the email address you used to register in the app.
  • Timeline: We will process your request and delete all your information within 7 days.
